Poetic Justice - Realizing his love for music at an early age Poetic Justice never began to take it seriously until late 2013. He began to play guitar, sing and write in silence, until 2014 where he started to rap and produce as a hobby. He quickly realized his potential and continued to pursue his music. With musical roots coming from his father who also played guitar, sang and was heavily into audio systems, Poetic Justice grew up listening to 90’s slow jams and hip hop which has transitioned to the music he makes today. Poetic Justice will be releasing his first solo EP in February. Following that will be a joint project with Sir Louie as Twoabove.

Sir Louie - Growing up Sir Louie was exposed to music constantly with a dad who Dj’d and a mother who would play neo-soul artists like Erykah Badu and Jill Scott while doing house work. Being heavily exposed to music it wasn’t until he had is own copy of Late Registration by Kanye West, that he first realized his love for hip hop. Since then he has played in a number of bands and held roles in school plays, but it wasn’t until earlier this year that he had the idea to create his own music. With influences of 90’s east coast artists like Mos Def and Big L, he also draws inspiration from more current artists like Kendrick Lamar and Nomame. Look for music releases by Sir Louie in the near future as well as the joint project with Poetic Justice as Twoabove.

"Music is important to me because its such a universal language.
I want to change the world, change peoples perspective and how they look at one another.
I truly feel that God blessed me with my gift, and I just want to share it."
