Poetic Justice will be releasing his first solo EP in February. Following that will be a joint project with Sir Louie as Twoabove.
Sir Louie - Growing up Sir Louie was exposed to music constantly with a dad who Dj’d and a mother who would play neo-soul artists like Erykah Badu and Jill Scott while doing house work. Since then he has played in a number of bands and held roles in school plays, but it wasn’t until earlier this year that he had the idea to create his own music. With influences of 90’s east coast artists like Mos Def and Big L, he also draws inspiration from more current artists like Kendrick Lamar and Nomame. "Music is important to me because its such a universal language.
I want to change the world, change peoples perspective and how they look at one another.
I truly feel that God blessed me with my gift, and I just want to share it."
